REACTIVATOR OF BENTONITE SLURRY
(hydrocyclone desander)

Hydrocyclone desander ��-4 is intended for sand sifting from bentonite slurry used at drilling work.

After cleaning in a hydrocyclone desander bentonite slurry should comply with the following parameters:

1. Density 1,10-1,25 g/sm³.
2. Static shear stress SSS1-20-50 mg/��³.
3. Relative viscosity at ���-5 is not more than 30 sec.
4. Sand content is not above 4%.
5. Particle content with dimensions of :
   - more than 0,05 is not above 10%.
   - less than 0,005 is at least 30%.
   - less than 0,001 is at least 10%.
   

The device includes 

1. Shaker screen.
2. Pump.
3. Hydrocyclone.
4. Container.
5. Shaker screen control box.
6. Pump control box.

  Hydrocyclone desander �ϖ4 is designed as a single transportable block and has the following dimensions: length 3400 mm, width 1734 mm, height 2500 mm.
